Asparagus Soup |

!/4 cup margarine or butter
1 lb Asperagus
1 cup half and half
1/4 cup flour
3 cups chicken broth
1/2 cup brie or mozarella cheese
| Directions: |
Cook asperagus, add flour and half & half. Bring to a boil. Blend in blender and add to chicken broth. Sprinkle with cheese. Yummy!
