Dressing mix together and set aside.
1/4 c oil, 1 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar + 2 Tbsp. Raspberry vinegar, 1 1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard, 2 tsp. sugar

In bowl combine:
1 10 oz pkg of fresh baby spinach, 1 4 oz pkg blue cheese, 1 cup fresh blueberries, 1/2 cup chopped, toasted pecans, 2 Tbsp chopped sweet onion.
Add dressing and serve.

For a meal salad: add left over Chopped chicken, celery & red pepper.
