Chocolate Bread Pudding By Jean Taylor Description: Chocolate Bread Pudding Ingredients: 2 cups bread crumbs 2 cups warm milk 2 Tablespoons cocoa 2/3 cup sugar 2 eggs 1/4 teaspoon salt 1 Tablespoon vanilla Directions: Bake 3/4 hour in medium over Serve hot with hard sauce 1 cup confectioner's sugar 2 Tablespoons (or more) butter Cool sauce in refrigerator and slice as topping for dessert.
