Chocolate Coconut Crust
| Ingredients: |
2 squares chocolate
2 Tablespoons butter
2 Tablespoons hot milk or water
2/3 cup confectioner's sugar
1 1/2 cups shredded coconut
| Directions: |
Mix chocolate and butter in top of double boiler. Combine milk and sugar. Add coconut. Spread on bottom and sides of greased 9 inch pan. Chill. Fill with ice cream or sherbert.
