|Cream Cheese Rolls|

|Small roll-ups of dried beef with cream cheese filling.
|3 pkgs of Dried Beef
1 pkg of Neufchatel cheese (or cream cheese)
1 tbsp milk, cream or water
|Let the cheese stand until room temperature in a bowl.
Add minced onion and the milk.
Lay each piece of beef on a cutting board and spread the cheese mixture on top. Roll the beef into a tube and cut into three small sections. Place on a serving tray.
Serve with toothpicks.
