This is the recipe I use on Christmas Eve.
1/2 C butter, melted
2 squares unsweetened chocolate melted
1 C sugar
2 eggs
1/2 C sifted flour
1 tsp vanilla
peppermint ice cream
Melt butter and chocolate. Cream together sugar and eggs. Beat in flour. Add butter, chocolate and vanilla and mix well. Pour into a well greased 8 or 9 inch pie plate. Bake 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Do not overbake. Cut into wedges and top with peppermint ice cream.
