Oven 350*
1can 20 oz. Crushed Pineapple.
1/3 cup margerine-melted.
2/3 cup packed brown sugar.
1 package-18 1/4 oz. Yellow or Pineapple flavored cake mix.
Drain pineapple.
Reserve juice.

Stir together melted margerine and brown sugar. Evenly divide sugar mix into greased muffin cups. Arrange drained pineapple over sugar mix. Prepare cake mix according to package directions BUT replace water with the saved pineapple juice. Evenly pour batter into muffin cups. Bake 350*.20-25 minutes. Cool slightly. Loosen edges and invert on platter.
