Classic Caesar Salad
1 head Romaine Lettuce - cleaned and torn
2 cloves garlic
1/2 lemon - juice
Dijon mustard
2 tbsp Red wine vinegar
1 tbsp Olive oil
Parmesan Cheese
Crush the garlic in the bottom of a wooden bowl, add the dijon mustard and mix well. add the red-wine vinegar and olive oil, mix well, add the juice of 1/2 lemmon to taste.

Toss a few minutes before serving and let rest - toss in the croutons and top with Parmesan cheese; serve
