Derby Pie By Ann McGrew Description: Very Rich! Tastes good with a dollop of whipped cream or a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Ingredients: 1 C sugar 4 eggs 1C Karo syrup 1 tsp vanilla 1 stick butter 1 C pecans, chopped 1 6 oz pkg chocolate chips Directions: Mix first 4 ingredients and blend well. Melt butter and add to the first mixture along with remaining ingredients. Pour into a 10 inch unbaked pie shell. Bake 350 degrees for 50 minutes or until set.
